麥冬甾體皂苷的植物化學(xué)研究進(jìn)展-曼思特研發(fā)部

本司研發(fā)部對(duì)麥冬中甾體皂苷進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的分離和結(jié)構(gòu)解析研究,從中分離得到17個(gè)甾體皂苷,包括5個(gè)新麥冬甾體皂苷,分別命名為Ophiojaponins A-E, 12個(gè)已知甾體皂苷分別為26-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-3β,26-diol-25(R)-furost-5,20(22)-dien 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl- (1-2)-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, Pallidiflosides A, Ruscogenin 1-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 -2)-4-O-sulfo-β-D-fucopyranosido-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, Ophiopogonin C, Ophiopogonin D, Ruscogenin 1-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-2)-4-O-sulfo-β-Dfucopyranoside, ophiopogonin D′, (25R)-spirost-5-ene-3β,14α,17α-triol-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-2)-β-D-glucopyranoside, Ophiopojaponin C, 14-hydroxydiosgenin 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-2)- [β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-4)]- β-D-glucopyranoside和Pennogenin 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-2)- [β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-4)]- β-D-glucopyranoside。相關(guān)研究結(jié)果發(fā)表在國(guó)際天然產(chǎn)物權(quán)威雜志Phytochemistry上,文章如下:
